Video Recompress after Uploading by using InstaVR

InstaVR hosts original video and creates HLS streaming channels from 2Mbps to 12Mbps when the video is uploaded.

The web-browser uses one of the streaming channels. 2Mbps is used by default.

You can select high-quality 12Mbps based on your contents.

For iOS, Android and GearVR app, you can embed your original video into the package, or let the user download the original video and then play it.
