Fact Sheet – Key Facts and Numbers about InstaVR 2016

It’s been a great 2016 for InstaVR! After launching in December 2015, we saw tremendous growth this year — growth in customers, growth in team size, growth in partners, and growth in feature offerings.

Next week we’ll do a look ahead at InstaVR 2017. But today we’ll celebrate the year that was, looking at some of the major milestones we hit, and the numbers associated with them.

50+: Number of major press mentions, including CNET, TechCrunch, Bloomberg, Fortune, Fast Company, Nikkei Business, Japanese Financial Times, Le Monde, Upload VR, VRScout, VRFocus, Road to VR, Skift, and Mashable — just to name a few.

24: Hours per day our support is now available on weekdays. Both live chat & email support are available to all users, with Pro customers receiving priority on issue resolution.

12 x 2 or 6 x 1: Dimensions of cubemaps, which we announced support for at Autodesk University in November.

$2 Million: Amount of Series A Funding we received in September, led by The Venture Reality Fund.

WONDER 360: Name of the fantastic app created by The Smithsonian American Art Museum using InstaVR, capturing the WONDER exhibit at their famed Renwick Gallery. Read more about it here.
